BARNAGARD Pier, Piling, and Dock Biofouling Barrier - Dock-Kote™

Use on wood, plastic, and metal marina docking structures, including piers, pylons, & bulkheads.

2 layer barrier: a polyurethane outer barrier, an epoxy inner barrier. 

On wood structures, prevents damage from barnacles, mussels, and the highly destructive wood marine borers (shipworms).

No leaching of copper salts, chemicals into water.

If used on aluminum or steel structures, a primer may be needed to prevent galvanic issues.

If the biologically active chemical agent is non-metal, it may be placed in the primer on metal structures to form the inner layer.
